a poem by J.J. Campbell (2 of 2)

sweatpants and high heels

i always wanted a
woman comfortable
in sweatpants and
high heels

a woman who knew
about sports but was
smart enough to shut
the fuck up to make
me look good

someone who could
make me laugh and
play the muse all the
while stimulating
my other brain

a bisexual who would
allow me to watch, then
film, then distribute with
her being fine with a
lesser cut of the profits

a woman that understands
sometimes you just need
to fuck the world and
listen to some Slayer

and after all this

no one should ever
ask why i'm single
