Notes from the Editor

Welcome to the third issue of Gutter Eloquence Magazine! Once again,
my heartfelt thanks go out to the contributors and readers. This issue
is a bit of an experiment, being our first themed venture. I look forward
to your constructive feedback...an email or the message board will do.

Submissions for G.E.M. #4 will be open from May 5th thru June 10th.
And dammit, please read the submission guidelines before sending
anything--even if you're a previous contributor. There may have been
some changes since the last time that you read them (assuming that
you have read them).

My inbox awaits your very best and most dangerous poetic work!
