a poem by David Blaine

Promiscuous Poetry

Poetry is an escape,
a promiscuous
wide open fantasy
that cavorts
on her bed,
showing off
like a harlot.

In her candor
she explodes
lasciviously,
a nurturing
but naughty bitch
all the time.

Gently, she brings
her oral art
to any man
to any woman
and entwines subtly
her all-exciting voice
of seduction.
